Steps to prepare Paneer Makhani Recipe

  • Soak cashew nuts in water for 15 minutes
  • Blend soaked cashew nuts with sliced tomato in a mixer grinder
  • make a smooth puree
  • heat butter in a pan
  • to this add tej patta
  • add ginger garlic paste
  • stir for a few minutes
  • now add tomato puree, red chili powder, cinnamon stick, turmeric powder
  • add garam masala
  • and stir fry for a few minutes
  • now cover the pan with a lid for 5 minutes so that the aroma gets absorbed in the puree
  • open the lid or cover after 5 minutes and add 1 1/2 cup of water 
  • add Paneer cubes and bring it to a boil
  • finally, add cream to it and mix it well 
  • leave it on a medium flame for 2 minutes

Transfer this preparation to a clean bowl, and garnish with some cream and coriander leaves. sprinkle some cardamom powder.
Our delicious Paneer Makhani is ready to be served.
