Mooli Ka Paratha banane ke asan vidhi, Who does not like Stuffed Paratha, Starting of Winters opens up a wide range of options for stuffed parathas one of them is mooli ka paratha or Radish studded paratha, About which we are talking today. Mooli Ka Paratha is very tasty and crispy but a bit trickey in cooking as radish has a lot of water content which hinders the process of making good stuffed paratha, to over come this there is a trick which i use to make stuffed paratha. the trick is that while making such kind of stuffed parathas we should not pre mix the mixture rather we should add the required quantity for each paratha while stuffing it, and salt should be the last thing to add as it makes the paratha wet immediately after adding.

  • 3 Bowl Whole Wheat Flour
  • 6 table spoon Gram Flour
  • 1 table spoon Garam Masala
  • 1 table spoon Ajwain
  • 1 table spoon Red Chili Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Grated Radish
  • 2 pcs. Green Chili
  • 1 bunch Coriander Leaves

Recipe Instructions: First of all Roll two Chapatis, then on one of the Chapati roll place some grated radish, add some green chili, sprinkle some Garam Masala, Ajwain, Red chili powder, salt mix them well, spread this mixture evenly over the chapati, wet the edges of the the chapati and place the other chapati over the first one press the edges together so they stick well and stuffing do not come out. Now on a hot tava spread some oil and place this radish studded paratha, cook till golden brown on both sides using oil as required, our tasty and crispy Stuffed Radish Paratha is ready.
